Virtual Recovery Meetings
Attend recovery, mental health, and support meetings online — by video, phone, or chat. No travel needed.
Virtual meetings let you get support from home. They can help if transportation, weather, disability, work, childcare, or privacy makes in-person hard. You can usually just listen at first — you do not have to speak. Each listing opens that organization's own official meeting directory.
In immediate danger? Call 911. Thinking about suicide or in crisis? Call or text 988 — free, confidential, 24/7.

How to join a virtual meeting
- 1Pick a fellowship or format that feels right. It is okay to try more than one.
- 2Open the directory and choose a meeting time that works for your time zone.
- 3Many meetings are on Zoom, Google Meet, or by phone — you usually do not need an account to join by phone or browser.
- 4You can keep your camera off and just listen. You do not have to share your name or speak.
- 5If a meeting does not feel right, try another. Meetings and groups vary a lot.
